1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wemeep.com and of the Wemeep platform — a subscription software service operated by Wemeep Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Wemeep”, “we”), a company established in Türkiye. By using the site or the service you accept these Terms.
Wemeep is a business-to-business service: it is used by companies, not consumers, and you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Wemeep is sales infrastructure for multi-brand building-materials retailers, dealers and distributors: the products of every brand a business carries are consolidated into one catalogue; the business defines its own pricing and discount rules, issues professional quotations and publishes a digital storefront from the same data.
Wemeep is not a marketplace — it does not intermediate between sellers and buyers, take orders or collect commissions — and it is not an ERP or accounting system.
The platform is currently offered through an early-access programme: new companies are onboarded individually rather than through self-service sign-up. The scope of each subscription is agreed in writing before payment.
3. Accounts
- Account holders must be at least 18 years old and act for a business.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of the users you invite; permissions inside your account are controlled by you.
- You agree to provide accurate company and billing information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions, fees and payment
- The service is sold as an annual, prepaid subscription. There is no monthly payment option and no setup fee.
- Package fees are not published; a written quotation is provided once the package and scope are agreed. The exact amount, including taxes, is confirmed in writing in the order summary before any payment is taken.
- Payments are taken through iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico), an electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Türkiye under Law No. 6493, with 3D Secure where the issuing bank supports it. Card details are entered into a payment form hosted by iyzico and never reach Wemeep servers.
- Your account is activated as soon as payment is confirmed — at the latest within one business day — and your e-archive invoice is delivered by e-mail.
5. 14-day refund assurance and cancellation
Although Turkish law grants no withdrawal right for digital services performed immediately, Wemeep gives every new subscription an unconditional 14-day refund assurance: if you cancel within 14 days of activation, the full amount is refunded to the same payment instrument, no reason required.
The detailed procedure and timelines are set out in the Turkish Delivery and Refund Terms, which is the authoritative text for refunds.
6. Your content and data
- The catalogue data, prices, quotations, customer records and other content you upload remain yours. You grant Wemeep only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
- For personal data you upload, you are the data controller and Wemeep is the data processor, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
- Wemeep does not use your content for its own commercial purposes and does not use it to train AI models.
- For 30 days after your subscription ends you can export your data; after that window it is deleted or anonymised.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload — including holding the necessary rights to product data, images and trademarks you publish through the service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to publish content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to gain access to other tenants’ data, probe or circumvent security controls, or disrupt the service;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as if it were your own, outside the agreed scope;
- use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data that is not yours.
We may suspend accounts that put the security or integrity of the platform at risk, and will notify you when we do.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and documentation belong to Wemeep or its licensors. The Wemeep name and logo may not be used without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to either party beyond the licences expressly described here.
9. Support and service hours
Live support is available every day, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3, Türkiye) — by phone (0850 305 54 80) and, where offered, through business messaging channels such as Apple Messages for Business. Within these hours, messaging conversations are handled by a human agent inside the conversation, not by a bot alone.
E-mail requests to hello@wemeep.com are answered within one business day. Messages that arrive outside live-support hours are answered when coverage resumes at 09:00 (GMT+3).
10. Third-party services
Payment is provided by iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. under its own terms; messaging channels (such as Apple Messages for Business) are provided by their platform operators under their own terms. Wemeep is not responsible for services it does not operate, but chooses and contracts its infrastructure providers with the care described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we announce planned maintenance in advance. However, the service is provided “as is”: like any online service it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, faults or events beyond our control, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Where a package includes a specific support or availability commitment, that written commitment prevails over this section.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wemeep is liable only for damage caused by its own fault, and its total liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees paid for the twelve months preceding the event. Wemeep is not liable for indirect damage such as lost profits or lost data caused by circumstances outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
13. Term, suspension and termination
- The subscription runs for the agreed annual term. Renewal terms and any automatic-renewal arrangement are confirmed in writing before the term ends.
- Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.
- After termination, the 30-day data-export window in section 6 applies.
14. Changes to the service or these terms
We may improve or change the service, and we may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date and version number; material changes are announced to subscribers by e-mail before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law, language and precedence
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Diyarbakır have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules on jurisdiction.
For subscriptions purchased under Turkish law, the Turkish contractual documents — Pre-Contract Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery and Refund Terms — govern the purchase and are the authoritative texts. These Terms are the English reference document for use of the site and the service; in the event of a conflict, the Turkish documents prevail for the matters they govern.
